Apple’s custom engrave option is now available for the new Apple Pencil :
The second-generation Apple Pencil
While not compatible with iPhones, Apple’s custom engraving option has been available to customers who purchase an iPod Touch or any iPad model for a number of years now, as long as the device is bought through the Apple Store. But after today’s hardware event, the Cupertino giant quietly added the feature to one accessory.
Moving forward, anybody interested in the second-generation Apple Pencil can choose to engrave it with a short, custom message that sits just below the Apple accessory’s branding in a vertical positioning so it’s easy to read.
Just like the new iPad Pros, the second-generation Apple Pencil can be purchased starting today ahead of shipments on November 6. As usual, the engraving on either the accessory or tablet is available for free.
